기간 내에 완료 못 하거나 작가 사정상 작업 불가능할 경우 전액 환불됩니다.

Application process
inquiry (quote, schedule confirmation) - deposit - rough sketch (1 feedback) - finished (1 feedback).
(In the rough state, you can change poses and facial expressions, but in the finished state, you can only adjust the color scheme, or any props I left out, etc.)
